Silvia Gruner lives and works in Mexico City. She has always worked in diverse media such as film, video, photography, painting, performance and art installations. Her work establishes intimate and personal relationships with art and tradition, recontextualizing them within contemporary artistic dilemas, social and historial contexts, and public spaces.
